Hester has 15+ years of experience working with, and coaching people who seek a positive change in their lives, as well as 8+ years of experience facilitating Sacred Ceremonies and Goddess Circles. Through formal teachings as well as life experience, Hester is honored to serve as a guide for people to uncover their own unique ability to heal themselves.

Some of the personal experiences that have led Hester to facilitating this type of work include, living in rural Kenya and supporting young mothers who were survivors of sexual and domestic violence, working as a court advocate for female foster youth abuse survivors, as well as over a decade of working as a fitness instructor and health and wellness coach. Hester is an initiate in devotion of Goddess Archetypal work through the 13 Moon Mystery School, a student of the teachings of the 13 Original Clan Mothers, and a certified Master Practitioner of Shamanic Reiki.

Hester believes in reverence for the sacred through self-love of the mind, body, and soul. She walks in devotion to  self-empowerment through a cohesive approach of shadow work, healing, self-care, creative expression, bravery, compassion and love. Hester believes that the true freedom for each human lies in their ability to connect to the ONEness of ALL things.
